Wholesale Applications are reviewed within 4 business days of receipt. Once accepted,
wholesale orders are paid via credit card at the time of ordering.

Upon the approval of your wholesale application, the following purchasing requirements must be met:
- Product orders: Minimum of $80 before shipping.
- Wholesale accounts are required to purchase an annual minimum of $500.00
Accounts not meeting this requirement will no longer be able to purchase at wholesale prices.
Dye orders may be combined with silkscreen orders to obtain the required minimms for wholesale pricing.

Custom Screens Available:
Using your design, I can create your own line of screens. Designs are exclusively yours and include an instruction sheet
with your contact information. The set-up fee is $35 per design. Then your custom screens are created for $13 each for full size (8.5" x 11")
pages. Design can be drawn or emailed as a high resolution, black & white jpg.
PHOTOEZ DESIGN TIPS:
Film comes in 8.5"x11" sheets. Multiple designs can fit on the page, but you must leave 1 inch between designs, and 1/2 inch
around all sides. Designs must be opaque black, no grayscale. Dots, dashes and broken lines can be used. You can view design
