To clarify the difference between the versions of PhotoEZ... Standard is perfect for printing on textiles and polymer clay, and on glass using etching cream. Standard has 85 threads per inch. High Resolution is good for reproducing photographs or fine line art with 2-3ml line thickness and fonts of 4-6 points. It is also important for customers who need high precision when creating printed circuit boards. The drawback is that acrylic paints, especially metallics, will clog the Hi-Res version. Hi-Res has 160 threads per inch.

The Evaluation Kit includes a 10" by 12" acrylic exposure frame and one full size sheet each of Standard and High Resolution PhotoEZ. This is a good way to evaluate PhotoEZ stencils for your particular needs. It has everything you need to create screen stencils.
